Over the past two years, Gibson Consulting & Solutions has experienced a significant transition. We lost two trusted business partners—one a CPA and the other a long-time grant writer and development strategist—whose expertise helped shape the way we support small businesses and nonprofits navigating growth, funding, and sustainability.


As we look ahead, we are intentionally rebuilding and expanding our consulting ecosystem to support the next phase of our work.


This is not an employment opportunity.


Instead, we are inviting established business owners and consultants to explore strategic partnerships with Gibson Consulting & Solutions. Our partners collaborate with us on contractual business development engagements, bringing specialized expertise to shared client work while continuing to grow their own independent practice.


Partner Expertise We’re Seeking (2026–2027)

Over the next two years, we are prioritizing partnerships with professionals in the following areas:


  • Fractional CFOs and financial strategists (cash-flow modeling, lender readiness, capital planning)

  • Grant writers and nonprofit development experts

  • Credit, compliance, and risk specialists (business credit, certifications, government readiness)

  • AI and systems integration consultants focused on operations, reporting, and workflow automation

  • Workforce, HR, and people-infrastructure specialists

  • Legal partners with expertise in growth, licensing, partnerships, and intellectual property

  • Leadership sustainability and organizational health consultants (trauma-informed, non-performative)
