From Behind the Biz to Inside the Work

Some of you may remember Behind the Biz. As our work has evolved, so has the way we share it.
What began as conversations about business has grown into something deeper. Over time, we’ve moved beyond surface-level discussions of growth and operations and into the work that sits underneath it all—financial clarity, strategy, and what it actually takes to build something that lasts.
In our day-to-day work with nonprofits, funders, and entrepreneurs, we see the same pattern: meaningful work is often happening without a clear understanding of what it truly costs to sustain it. Decisions are made with limited visibility. Programs move forward without full alignment. And too often, people are left carrying more than they should.
That’s the work we’re focused on now.
Inside the Work is a reflection of that shift. It’s a space where we share insights drawn directly from the work we do—what’s working, what’s not, and what it really takes to move from intention to sustainability.
This isn’t about quick tips or surface-level advice. It’s about clarity. It’s about structure. And it’s about creating models that support the work over time.
If you’ve been following along, you’re already part of this next phase.
If you’re new here, welcome.
We’re glad you’re here.
